Online Delivery Terms
- All products offered or obtained through our platform (ETS2.tr) have the characteristic of "Digital Content". These consist of game mods, vehicle skins, patches, 3D vehicle models, map support packages, and other software-based add-ons.
- From the second your payment transaction for the digital product you selected and added to your cart is successfully completed through the secure payment infrastructures we use, the authorization for the purchased content is approved and download links are automatically assigned to your user profile simultaneously.
- You can access the relevant download links at any time from your product summary in the "Purchases" or "Orders" menu on your profile page on our website.
- Since the shopping subject to the order does not have a "material - physical" nature, the delivery process is not carried out with a physical shipment. It is delivered to the consumer immediately by being performed electronically without waiting for cargo.
- Our Customer/User is obliged to download the modification or digital add-on they received service for smoothly on their personal devices and supported operating systems, meet the minimum versions, and personally fulfill the original version requirements of the licensed game.
Return and Right of Withdrawal Conditions
In accordance with Article 15/1-g of the "Distance Contracts Regulation" published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188, "Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are among the exceptional contracts where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
In line with this legal regulation; due to the fact that digital products, mod files, or add-ons are presented electronically to the user, and because of their legally copiable and distributable nature after the order is approved and file access is granted, their retrieval is without privilege; therefore, direct cancellation, unconditional return, or instant withdrawal request transactions absolutely cannot be made.
Our platform records with a log stamp with details such as date and time that the product delivery link has been created in the customer account, the relevant license key has been activated, and the download buttons have been clicked. Ordinary return requests for "withdrawal" purposes for software and content that can be technically proven to have been downloaded and decrypted by the consumer will result negatively.
Exceptional (Requiring Return) Situations
However, if "clear technical defects" such as the purchased product being completely broken and unopenable, not containing the basic functions promised in its legal description, the archive file being faulty or containing missing material cannot be repaired and resolved by the intervention of our support team, a refund/cancellation process can be initiated to eliminate the grievance.
Important Warning!
It is out of the question to make a refund for technical and legal reasons with excuses that directly involve the customer's hardware, carelessness, or legal rights violation, such as "I bought the wrong mod", "It didn't work because my game is not the original version", "This caused stuttering on my computer", or "I don't want to use it anymore". Reading the product detail before purchase is entirely the Buyer's responsibility.
